Welcome to Eastbridge Online Academy. By enrolling a student or accessing our digital platforms, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe, professional, and effective learning environment for all.
1. Enrollment & Fees
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of R500 is required to secure a student's place.
- Monthly Tuition: Fees are payable in advance by the 1st of every month. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of portal access.
- Withdrawal: A notice period of one full calendar month is required for student withdrawal.
2. Academic Participation
Students are expected to maintain a high standard of academic integrity and participation:
- Live sessions require punctual attendance.
- Recorded lessons are for the sole use of the enrolled student and may not be shared externally.
- Cameras should remain on during live assessments to ensure academic honesty.
3. Digital Security
Your Student Portal credentials are private. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Eastbridge Online Academy is not liable for data breaches caused by shared passwords.
4. Explorer Trips
For all physical excursions within Gauteng:
- Full Academy uniform is mandatory for safety and identification.
- Indemnity forms must be signed by a parent/guardian prior to the trip.
- Transportation arrangements and costs will be communicated per excursion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Eastbridge Online Academy provides a digital learning platform. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for learning interruptions caused by the user's personal internet connectivity or hardware failures.
6. Amendments
The Academy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes via the official WhatsApp channel or Email.
